Adaptin vs Cronometer
Cronometer is the best raw micronutrient spreadsheet: 80+ nutrients, excellent USDA fidelity. It does not flag absorption clashes, does not speak Arabic, and does not adapt expenditure from your logs. Adaptin is Cronometer-depth where it matters (53 nutrients, food-first fixes) plus the timing layer Cronometer skips.
If you want every amino acid column and you only eat foods that exist in USDA Foundation, Cronometer is still the reference implementation. If you also need the nutrients to absorb, and to log in Arabic, that spreadsheet is not the product.

Micros, honestly
They have more nutrient rows (80+). We have 53, in three display tiers, with Egypt-tuned iron thresholds (80% flag) and food-first suggestions ranked: what you already logged → Arab staple → catalog. Supplements are the fallback, not the default.
